Let me introduce myself

I am a designer passionate about creating well-used and well-designed products for users—I believe one cannot exist without the other. I am highly interested in producing products that are accessible to a wide variety of users and add value to their lives.

Outside of my design work, I enjoy rock climbing, backpacking, and skiing—basically anything outdoors. I am an avid crafter and recently learned to crochet (I would love to talk about my latest project!).

My Experience

Product Design

My formal education in architecture, along with the UX and graphic design skills I've developed, provides a unique foundation for the way I approach product design. This background has allowed me to hone my ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and pay meticulous attention to detail—all essential qualities in crafting visually compelling and functionally effective user-centered products.

Learning Design

From my time at ACE, I have thrived in recognizing, escalating, and resolving issues related to course design and learner experience. I put the learners at the forefront of every design decision, taking real-time feedback to improve the course experience. This resulted in courses that exceeded user expectations, creating a more engaging and effective learning environment.

Research

Through my research experience at Harvard Medical School and independent research conducted with professors at Northeastern University, I have gained ample knowledge in collecting and synthesizing data to better guide project efforts. These experiences have equipped me with advanced skills in research methodology, data analysis, and interpretation.
